Cancellation Policy

Very Simple Order Cancellation:

A) Before Product Shipped

1) Please login to your account and send cancellation request
2) Cancellation request processed from our side
3) Order Cancellation intimated on your registered email
4) Amount refunded to your account in 3 - 4 days working days

B) After Product Shipped Before Delivery

1) Please login to your account and send cancellation request
2) Cancellation request processed from our side and you will be informed for next step on your registered email

What we do:
a) If possible, we will try to get the Item back en-route from courier
b) In case not, let the product reach you and you ship the product back to us

3) We receive the originally ordered item back from the courier
4) Order Cancellation Refund intimated on your registered email
5) Amount refunded to your account in 3 - 4 days working days

C) After Delivery

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. But in case of any discrepancy, you may write to us.

Sorry, at times Order Cannot be cancelled:

1) Non-Returnable Item, after it is Shipped
2) Post Delivery, after 3 days
3) As detailed under our Return Policy
